The fenced Villa One Zadar is fully air-conditioned and ideal for eight guests. It offers you the upper floor and the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area, a modern kitchen overlooking the outdoor kitchen and a table where you can spend pleasant evenings with your loved ones preparing delicacies overlooking the pool and nature. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a large table and right next to it a beautifully furnished living room with a TV, sofa, books and a view of the beautiful nature. If you need an extra bed, Villa One Zadar offers two extra beds for two people on the couch. On the same floor there is a separate room of 16 m² that can be used as additional storage space, a double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms with integrated bathrooms and showers en suite, from which you have a perfect view of the town of Debeljak and its natural beauty and greenery.
