“Rick and his team were very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with everything within walking distance. There is live music across the street. Ana's cafe is next door you can get a delightful breakfast and delicious coffee. The Southernmost point is close and you can see the water from the front deck. Duval street is close so it isnt a far walk to enjoy a good time. ”

“Responsive host & property manager. Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & attractions. Property was clean & beds comfortable, but would recommend having spare blankets should anyone want to sleep on the sofa. Would definitely stay there agsin.”

“The communication from the Rick was at a rapid response. Really pleased with how accommodating he was to make everything comfortable and easy. You could not get a better location and it was very easy to quickly disconnect from the activity outside with this cozy little cottage. The only thing I felt bad about was my children loved to go in and out of the door and I feel it may have disrupted the other guest next door and we apologized upon our departure as he heard us leaving early morning!”
