If you are looking for a great location this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath canal front stilt home is located in the marina basin with spectacular views to the open water! This home features a 35' dock with swim ladder, cleats and new heavy duty dock posts plus an outdoor shower and water hose for rinsing down the boat. Beautiful and spacious open floor plan with high ceilings and tile flooring throughout. Main living area features double slider doors that over look the tranquil waters of the Florida Keys and leads out to a covered porch with table and chairs! Comfortable seating with designer fish motif sofa and love seat and dining room table seats six. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and its own private bath, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with private entrance. Additional amenities include Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Central A/C, Basic Cable, WiFi, Gas Grill and a shaded area underneath with a picnic table for outdoor dining.

We love Venture Out and have stayed in various units. This property is great in the marina. Views are amazing and the furnishings were very comfortable. Our only issue which tends to happen with VRBOs run by property management companies is the lack of common necessities. No coffee, no sugar, no spices, no cleaning supplies. It makes it difficult to cook and be in the property for a week when you have to bring or buy literally everything you could need down to toilet paper and trash bags. I don’t mind replenishing those items if we need more, but to not be provided them up front or keep surpluses from previous tenants is frustrating to me.

Beautiful home and view

I loved staying here. It’s a very nice home, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels. It has a beautiful view of the water and sun rise. I would stay here again.

Great vacation

Beautiful open water views with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Great location. House was well stocked. Floors were not very clean so took off 1 star for that. All in all a wonderful place to visit.

Perfect trip, will definitely book again!

4 of us trailered a boat down from Tampa. We were able to put the boat in at the ramp which was right across from the house. It was great having the hoses, pressure washer, and everything we needed there. We were also able to keep the trailer at the ramp which is first come first serve. The house was great, super clean, had everything we needed (including a blender :) ) We will definitely be back for another trip!

Beautiful View

The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. We loved having our coffee on the porch each morning. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The guys enjoyed taking the kayaks out for a morning paddle. Overall, this is a good rental.

Beautiful home with a great location

My friend and I enjoyed this beautiful home during my birthday fishing trip in the keys. I have stayed at the Venture Out resort before, but this house had the greatest location so far. Directly on the basin with beautiful views of the water, especially at sunrise. House was clean and well-kept. The gas grill was greatly appreciated. Hope to return soon!

November Getaway

The property is good, it could use a few improvements. A shell cracker and heavy duty kitchen shears. The coffee maker doesn’t have a automatic shut off & the ice maker needs to be manually turned off & on. The internet access code was said to be on the unit, which wasn’t the case, the on-site office didn’t have the correct one, after several tries we contacted the owner and received the correct one and directions as to where to really find them. Didn’t expect to see the park entrance fee and parking fees as an add on to the property, also didn’t know this was a resort with hundreds of properties. The grill auto ignite is on the fritz, and there doesn’t seem to be seat harnesses for the Kayaks. Love the water views and easy access.

Had no check in information until a few hours prior to arrival. Being a person that plans everything it bothered me a little bit. Master bath tub stopper was broken when we arrived and I take a bath daily. Other than that the house was well equipped (probably should include kitchen shears) and the view of sunrise was stunning!
