“Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!”

“It was smaller than I thought, but was perfect for just me. It’s located very close to the beach and downtown pier and shops. The freeway traffic and train horn was not a big deal. I didn’t hear the freeway and only heard the train blow it’s horn a few times ( it was loud), but nothing after 10pm. ”
