“The front desk reservationist was great! Pleasant, respectful and courteous. I'm still in the room and not checking out until 11am. reserved two rooms. One room was outstanding. However, the second room doesn't appear to be clean enough. The bathroom dpor cannot close. I noticed the hinge needs fixing.
