We will be back

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. This time we hade no trouble using the pool, however it is small for so many Condos. It was very peacefull, The majority of people staying here were 50+ pensioners, bikers and hikers.

problem with using the pool

Don't come here during school holidays if you like to enjoy the pool for swimming/exercise! The pool is very small and during the school holidays there were children jumping and splashing, from the pool opening till late at night. Many parents were more intrested in watching there phone than their children (Some even sat with there back to their them) it would have been a good opportunity to teach them social skills like showing concideration to other people. It is a shame that there is not one hour reserved for swimmers! We do enjoy this place very much and stay here a lot! The staff is very frendly and The condo is well equiped, clean and the area well kept! They have now introduced a resort fee per booking, which annoyes us! What will it be next time? Wifi is now free but very slow .

We stay here a lot

We really like this place.! Since we so far have spent all in all over four months here we know it well. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The condo/flat is well equipped, beds very comfortable. There is one issue though! There is nowhere for kids to play which results sometimes the parking is used for ballgames! The pool is also small and during school-holidays it can be impossible to have a swim. Not all parents teach there kids to show consideration and to follow the rules. We stayed in an other time share where they had an hour in the morning and evening for adults. This would be a good idea so that everybody gets a chance to enjoy the pool! Will stay another four weeks and back for two months in the fall!

Perfekt för 50+ plussare lugnt område

Detta är andra gången vi bodde här & vi stannade i två månader. Perfekt om man vill stanna en längre tid. Det ligger en bit från The Strip, i ett lugnt villaområde. Det finns gratis shuttel till the strip affärer en outlet m.m. Runt hörnet finns också en busshållplats. Inom 1-2 km finns flera restauranger, snabbmatställen, varuhus & mataffärer! Vi hade en one bedroom. Det innebär sovrum med walk in closet kök & vardagsrum i öppen planlösning, egen tvättstuga badrum & balkong. Det finns tv även i sovrummet & sängen är mycket skön. Köket har det mesta man kan önska inkl. diskmaskin. Inom området finns uppvärmd pool ca 28 grader & jaccuzi 40 grader, gym utegrillar m.m. Det finns ett business center där man gratis kan låna datorer, internet & skrivare. Personalen är mycket trevlig & hjälpsam, fixar ev. problem snabbt. Detta är egentligen en timeshare anläggning, men går att boka som hotell. Städning m.m. två ggr per vecka. Du blir erbjuden att åka på visning info om timeshare, men det går bra att tacka nej till detta. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi har tidigare prövat många hotell vid The Strip men trivdes bäst här & har bokat två månader till våren.

Like it so much we stay for two months

This is our second time here and we will come back! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The flat has everything you can wish for even your own washing machine and dryer! It is very peaceful here and the area is kept very nice, plants replaced etc. There is a free shuttle all day to the strip, shops, Fremont street etc. On the side-street there is a bus stop, if you don't have a car! The only negative thing I can find is the bedspread it might look nice but is unnecessary and not very practical and unhygienic. A Duvet cover or a rug for the feet would be better!

Enjoyed our stay very much

First impression is very important! Some how we didn't feel welcome when we arrived, maybe the receptionist was too professional (no smile)! However all the other staff was very friendly. This place was a nice surprise! We stopped for a month and will come back for two months in september! The condo had everything we could which for even our own washing machine. I think ours might have been updated e.g. flatscreen tv. Lovely balcony were we enjoyed our meals. Nice area with very clean barbecues. The pool was a bit small and there could have been some "child free hours". Some days there was not enough deckchairs. But we noticed some very selfish people that put their towels and then walked off sometimes using more than one chair each. Maybe there should be a sign! Also the security gates were open during the night. The area is very peaceful we enjoyed being away from the strip ( 20 minutes by car! There is a free shuttelbus and also a bus stop outside. We had a car and only 3 minutes away there are plenty of grocery stores shops, restaurants etc.

This was a perfect getaway spot for myself and kids. We were traveling from CA to play in a baseball tournament so having the apartment like setting with a full kitchen, bath, room, and laundry was super convenient. The staff was extremely nice and always helpful to any of our needs. The pool area was a huge plus and a great place to unwind and cool off. I would highly recommend this location for a family traveling for youth sports etc. I will most definitely be returning to this location the next time we travel to Las Vegas.

Traveled to Vegas for my daughter’s soccer tournament. Love the location, very family friendly and safe… no Vegas vibes. Love the parking situation and the fact that I didn’t need to pay daily. Ample space, would definitely choose this option over others as it felt like a home away from home.

Smell from garbage disposal and kitchen sink was disgusting making me nauseous. Maintenance would only put cleanser down the disposal, which did not solve the problem. Maintenance supervisor refused to authorize mechanical cleaning of the disposal and p-trap, which was what was required. I spent 6 nights in a room nauseous with a disgusting odor. I needed to have windows opened a lot, but the screens either had holes in them or were warped so they did not cover the window opening; thus bugs came into the room. Temperatures outside often exceeded 90 degrees, so open windows were not a great option anyway. I checked out 2 nights early because I could not stand it. They would not refund for the 2 nights I did not use the room, (to be fair, this is their policy under the written agreement.)

Prior to my stay, I received several emails and texts asking me for credit card information to hold my reservations because of recent global events. This seemed a bit shady, so I called the hotel to confirm my reservation was still in place. The hotel assured me everything was fine and that they were having computer security problems. They told me to delete any texts or emails asking for credit card info. When I did arrive, check-in was quick and easy. There was one covered parking space for my car. The room itself was very large. The kitchen had all standad sized appliances. Make sure to turn the ice maker on in the freezer. Utensils, pans, and dishes were provided. Thete were even mini salt & pepper shakers. The shower had great water pressure. There were small sized toiletry items in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, but the noise from the street was very loud-- cars revving their engines late at night, vehicles racing, and cars with modified exhaust passing by made it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy according to my friend who was using it. The extra sheets and blankets that were provided were in poor condition. I don't think they had been taken out of the plastic bag for quite some time. My friend was more comfortable putting the couch cushions on the floor and sleeping on them. Which brings up another point. The furniture cushions all need a good steam cleaning or perhaps replaced.

I came into town for a family emergency. That staff was caring and compassionate and so incredibly helpful. We had only booked 2 nights originally not knowing what was going to happen. We ended up staying over a week and they were so helpful getting us moved around. The facility is warm and inviting and the rooms were clean and organized. They had everything we needed. We will back to stay again very soon.

Have stayed multiple times and really enjoy the property. My only complaint is the shuttle to the strip/ Fremont/ red rock casino. The shuttle times, drop off point and lack of seats ( especially during busy times) makes this largely a non- benefit. It’s a great property but if you are staying here because of the shuttle service, think twice. We ended spending a significant amount of money on Uber etc.
