“Super clean pool and hot tub and rooms”

“Love this place very clean great room and a very good price. The only down fall for me was the steakhouse I got the 8 filet with shrimp looked great but the steak was way over cooked and yes I could have sent it back but it was just before closing and I don't generally send food back and I was not a big fan for what ever cheese substance or what ever it was that was all over the shrimp and steak. The food was very reasonably priced as well as the very nice room I got. The casino floor was nice...

“No trash bags in the trash cans felt weird, so we had to go get our own.”

“The rooms have been recently updated and are very clean. The outside of the hotel faced an RV park which felt a bit awkward to have people looking at you as you were entering/exiting the rooms. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful with an issue with the TV. It was overall very quiet during out stay. The continental breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Hard boiled eggs that were like a rubber bouncy ball, limited fruit and cereal selection, no toast/bagels/muffins. Only 1...

“Had a beautiful setting, outside looked great. Office area was great. Room was very much in need of fresh paint and new carpet, otherwise was just fine. Breakfast was only a high end continental type. Safety was a big concern, there were several places that had a considerable change in elevation between carpet and tile with no warning, very bad for the elderly patrons. Staff was extra friendly and efficient.”

“We were in town for my cousins’s wedding and from the very beginning, the staff was friendly helpful. The room was clean and breakfast area in the morning was clean and the person in charge of it was working diligently on making sure everything was as ready as possible. Definitely get my moneys worth and this location will definitely be on the top of my list if I were to stay there again.”

“Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the housekeeping did not visit rooms every day. Even though towels and toilet paper were brought to room, I don't like having to ask for them. Also, room trash bins need emptied everyday. However, when traveling to Siloam Springs AR, I will definitely stay at the Hampton again. Because of your great staff.”

“Property was great”

“Aweful smell. Stained sheets. Top bed linens smelled gross. Walls sticky and AC unit blew out worse smell than the room. Emailed for refund sine I was only in room for 20 minutes. Could not stay!!!”

We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again. The breakfast provided was well stocked with a variety of items and everything was fresh and hot. We will stay here if given the chance to come back to Stilwell again.”
