“The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The fenced backyard was very large, plenty of room to play fetch with our dogs, also enjoyed the front porch. “Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...
