“This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. “I’ve never stayed at a hotel before where there was not enough hot water for one shower. When I talked to the front desk, they did call maintenance right away. However, we had two rooms booked and all six of us had cold showers after a day of hiking. It was not a pleasant experience.”
