Beautiful Mountain Cabin on Lower Provo River

A magical getaway any time of year, this luxury cabin sits just feet from the Lower Provo River- a bucket-list fishing destination for anglers, and for the rest, a most relaxing backdrop for a tranquil mountain escape.
The cabin features two bedrooms and one full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a television. The living area is modern and cozy, completed by a wood-burning fireplace. The fully appointed kitchen is spacious and stocked with cooking supplies, dinnerware, and common ingredients. Outside, the half-acre lot provides ample private space, including a firepit under bistro lights, BBQ grill and eating area.
The cabin getaway is a perfect fit for couples, fishing buddies or families alike. The mountain air, canyon vistas, and starry skies of Provo Canyon are enchanting and will be sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored after your stay.
The property is located just 10 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort which offers summer and winter activities, including a renowned ski resort. The cabin is 15 minutes from the Heber/Midway area, and 30 minutes from Park City.
*Fishing guide service is available upon request through Wasatch Guide Service.
*Four-wheel drive, all wheel drive and or chains are required in the winter. If there is a snowstorm and safe access is not available, a full refund will be granted.
*Pets are allowed that are under 25 pounds, however, due to extreme allergies, the owner will not allow cats. So sorry for the inconvenience.
*If you are interested in renting the cabin as a wedding venue, the cost is $1500. If your party is more than 10, due to the septic system, an outhouse will be required for an additional $200. Please inquire for more details if interested.

If you enjoy cabins and fishing, this was it and it’s magical. There is not much that I covet in life but now I have a bad case for wanting this cabin and location as my own. Truly a beautiful property, inside and out. I will return as often as I can with my kids.

Great cabin

Very well equipped and very clean cabin. It was very comfortable for two adults with two very similar rooms. Everything worked. A little tricky to find if you arrive at night. We loved the place. Scenery is stunning. If it was any closer to the river it would be IN the river. Maybe 35 paces from the door. Great for fishing trip or get away. Firepit is excellent outside. Will stay again.

Beautiful!

We had a delightful time! The property was clean, comfortable, and cozy! We enjoyed the beautiful fall colors, hanging out by the fire, and being greeted each morning by a local fox. The property is conveniently located between Provo and Park City, making day excursions easy - or you could stay and enjoy the peace ans serenity of the cabin. We will be back!

The cabin itself is beautiful and has everything you would ever need and then some. HOWEVER, the road down to the cabin is not for the feint of heart. From the main road there is a .75 mile long trail. It is quite steep in places and there is NO SNOW REMOVAL. We spent 7 hours trying to dig out with no luck. We ended up having to leave our car and hike out. In order to get my car out they had to hire a plow and the owner of the cabin had me pay an additional sum. To be clear, I have snow tires and a high set SUV. To be clear, if snow is not in the forecast this is a lovely cabin. If there is snow on the ground or in the forecast - take a pass on this one.

Magical Christmas Cabin

The property was so secluded and beautiful in the snow. We had the best Christmas ever! The house is very open and the counter was perfect to play games and have everyone around for dinner. They had everything to make many meals. I hope we get to stay in the summer and enjoy it that way too. Hosts were very responsive. Can’t wait until it has a hot tub! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing cabin!
