“We checked into our room, and had to move into another room because the sink was backed up. Air conditioner unit needs some work done to it since air was escaping through the duct work. Staff was helpful to put us into another room. Small quainty neighborhood with small town charm. Took a nice walk throughout the area.”

“Both of our towels were filled with holes and very scratchy. What amenities? and the Saturday night apres ski music was so loud that we couldn't talk in our room - why is it necessary to have stadium-level loudness? The only good thing I can say is the location. The woman who checked us in - young with curly brown hair - made it obvious that checking us in was such an annoyance.”

“One of the nicer casino and hotels. Black Hawk casino is what vegas has forgotten on the to treat people on if you want them come and gamble. Free Drinks while gambling. The best things are SMOKE FREE. I don't have to eat or go to bed smelling like smoke.”

“While experience was excellent. Victor was so personable, friendly and proficient at check in. Also observed his interaction with others as we saw another family check in. Breakfast was amazing! Such vast selections and good food. REALLY appreciate the gluten free udi’s bagel…. And offering soy milk. Mr granddaughter has allergies so that was thoughtful. Thank you.”

“Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. “Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”

“We were put in a room on the parking level of the building with a ground level, very dark room in the area where people take their dogs to do their business. The trash can for the dog bags was right by our living room windows. Gross. Being on the parking level separated from the rest of the hotel and the village was really depressing.
