“Stayed at the Bay View Resort for 3 night´s and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotell staff were courteous and helpful and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was just perfect as it had a shower room and a separate badtub. From the balcony you had a great view of both the sea and land. (Just great !) The hotel has a huge beautiful garden where one can just stroll around and botanize or just pull up a sunchair and bask in the sun or take a dip in the outdoor...

“Vi uppgraderade oss vid incheckning. Då fick vi bättre/större rum, stor toa/dusch, ”badkar” på balkongen, utsikt över trädgård och havsglimt genom palmerna, ala carte frukost, (fast vi gick på buffet frukosten.) 1 omgång i minibaren(ingen sprit) 2öl och några läsk. Gratis vatten varje dag. Spec poolområde bara för vuxna, Afternoon Tea , cocktails. Vi solade i trädgården på bra solstolar. Gott om plats med bra skugga från träd/palmer och fläktade skönt. Softdrinks kunde man hämta(ingick)...

“Ac fungerade dåligt,slog av varje timme (energisparande)vi bad om hjälp med inställning men det hjälpte inte. Litet rum,heltäckningsmatta i delar av rummet ej fräscht.Gångavstånd till det mesta.Frukosten gick att äta ingen höjdare .”

“As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff...

“We loved our stay at Areca, we had a room on the ground floor and it was sheer luxury, spacious, beautiful tiles on the floor, high ceiling, lovely period furniture, fans and air conditioner and a shower that was truly magnificent. We loved the afternoon teas and all the delights that were served. Your staff are extremely polite and courteous. We stayed for a week and would be happy to return. Thank you Areca. ”

“Great location close to city and good view from higher floors. Breakfast is mostly asian but western alternatives exist. Rooms are reasonably spaced however with quite loud AC that needs to be turned off during night because of the noise.”
