Hotell i Sungai Tiram

“Very clean and really friendly staff ”

“Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get...

“This hotel has fantastic pools next to a fantastic beach. The beach is beautiful and has only a handful visitors for about 2 kilometers. It is no cleaning of the beach direct in front of the hotel but if you walk just 50 meters towards the Japanese kite-surfing place it is cleaned up. The pools are large, clean and have good activities for small children. However, the are no sun chairs, no pool towels and no other services of beverages (especially not alcohol that is not served at the hotel at...

“This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control.”

“A tired, dirty and dilapidated hotel…”

“I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period. Everything else was really good. Nights were quiet enough Comfortable bed Good wifi Great breakfast Friendly helpful staff I'd stay again”

“Nice maintenance and well managed by the owner”

“Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.”

“Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.”

“Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly.”

“Oui très bien pour la chambre ”

“Tiada Wifi dalam penginapan.”

“Selesa, mesra pelanggan”
