While this waterfront home does have a private dock complete with bar area, swim platform with ladder and plenty of furniture to lounge on, please note that there is NOT a boat slip available for your use. There is room to tie up on the side if you wish.

In addition, please note that the gravel driveway to this home is very steep and narrow with a sharp turn. (See picture.) You DO NOT want to bring a boat trailer down to the home. There is no way for you to turn around with it.
