“The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.”

“Room alarm clock woke me up at 6am and stole my much needed sleep recovery. My own watch and phone was set at 9am, and I was unable to fall asleep again after I had found and turned off the hotel alarm clock. “Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. “This was a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the clubhouse with lazy river and water slide. One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived. “Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. Most dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. were on hand. Disappointed that there was no mention of Access card for community pool. Didn't get one till last day. There was no table outside to dine on in the pool area. No glass ware was to be taken to pool area, but no plastic cups, etc. was anywhere on site. Ad should also mention a Keurig is in kitchen. The pads on the lounge chairs were disgusting, and should be replaced.”

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful with booking of tickets for Seaworld and answering our questions, very good service! It was also nice to have a little groceryshop and a restaurant in the hotelarea. On the downside it was very cold water in the big pool so our kids got disapointed about that (but the hot tubs were good). /Helene"
