I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5. The room was clean and I liked the bunk bed and decor in the room for the kids. I didn’t like the fact that I was put on a high floor with a broken elevator without a heads up before booking. It was inconvenient to have to use other elevators then walk across multiple hallways with 4 kids. There was some remodeling being done which obviously didn’t look the best. For example when using building 3’s elevator you get to the top and there’s a bunch of mattresses and box springs being stored where the ice machine is. I also didn’t love the surf board process. You have to schedule to use it online & it’s not simple- I thought I booked a slot for my daughter and it turns out I didn’t complete the process. It was a bummer she never got to try it. During check out the next day I discovered another waterpark I was never informed of. To my understanding that area was closed to construction but it turns out half of it was open- another missed opportunity. BUT overall it was okay/pretty good, maybe next time we’ll get to fully enjoy all the amenities.
