âGREAT place to stay, we have stayed here atleast 4-5 occasions and itâs always good, The staff super friendly with Hasina taking care of us along with her staff. Rooms are clean and with plenty of space for family of 4-5. Huge pool and they just opened a chill restaurant at the hotel w/drinks available for all. âVi bodde pĂ„ Naviti Resort i fem dagar. All-inklusive konceptet Ă€r överlag bra men mĂ„nga aktiviteter ligger utanför All-inklusive likasĂ„ olika drinkar o.s.v. StjĂ€rnmĂ€ssigt Ă€r maten tvĂ„-tre-nivĂ„ med tre restauranger sĂ„ finns dĂ€r olika alternativ. Hotellet Ă€r i sitt skick max tre stjĂ€rnor och behöver verkligen rustas upp för sina fyra stjĂ€rnor. LĂ€get Ă€r fint med "stranden" men poolen föredrogs. Ăverlag ett bra budget-all inklusive stĂ€lle som Ă€r vĂ€rt att besöka om det Ă€r det som önskas.â

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Shangri-La Yanuca Island in Fiji was nothing short of a catastrophe.
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this property is in a state of severe decline. The hotelâs appearance was tired and run-down, lacking the elegance and attention to detail that one expects from a five-star establishment. The once-stunning facilities now appear dilapidated and neglectedâa far cry from the sparkling image of luxury that the Shangri-La brand is renowned for.
In its desperation to fill its hotel rooms, the property now offers an "all you can eat and drink" concept, resulting in both the pools and restaurants being overrun by rowdy and unruly alcohol-impaired Australian families. This shift in focus further erodes the refined atmosphere once synonymous with the Shangri-La brand.
