Welcome to this fabulous Noosa listing. The 3 bedroom townhouse flows over two spacious levels. There is a private entry leading through to a light open kitchen, dining and living away. Sliding doors lead out to the patio and literally step onto the white soft sand! You can see glorious blue views from all areas of the lounge area. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine. The living room has a table with seating for 6 and the living area has a large Smart TV. The patio has an outdoor alfresco area and a Weber BBQ. There is a full bathroom (with shower) on this level as well as laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer)
The first level (accessed by stairs) comprises of the three bedrooms and powder room. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located at the rear of the house and has beautiful blue water views. The single room (with single and trundle bed) is right next door which is suitable for families with babies, or young children as they would like close by. The third bedroom with king bed is located at the front of the house
The top level comprises of an amazing private roof top terrace and bar with unbelievable views, enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening cocktail on this gorgeous terrace. Simply perfect!

As your guest you have access to the house, car port and the swimming pool (not heated). We have a locked cupboard for the owners use.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in picturesque Munna Crescent in Noosa. The complex of only 6 townhouses is very quiet with permanent owners living in the other homes. We are directly between Hastings Street and Noosaville, two of the most beautiful places in south east Queensland. You can walk to Quamby Place in 10 minutes from the house. There you will find a corner store, bottle shop and two gorgeous restaurants where the locals love to dine: Rickys and Rocksalt. There is also a park directly next door to the house. You can drive to Hastings Street in 4 minutes, or walk in 20 directly along Noosa Parade. Gympie Terrace in Nooaville is a 20 min walk in the other directly (or 3 min drive) where you can find restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques, as well as picnic benches and shared BBQ facilities. You can also hire a boat, jet skis or additional SUP's from the many companies along Gympie Tce
Getting Around:
You can walk, cycle or scoot around the area easily. If you do not want to bring your car, Uber is very popular and cheap in the area. There is also a local taxi company and there is a rank at the end of Hastings Street.
Other Things to Note:
Kayaks and SUP's - We do NOT provide life jackets for the beach toys. You will need to either bring your own, or hire from one of the water sports hire companies on Gympie Terrace.

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions
