Unwind on the oversized lounge while watching the Smart TV, enjoy meals around the dining table, or step outside to the poolside dining area for effortless indoor-outdoor living. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, generous bench space, and a butler's pantry. Bedroom 4 (middle level): This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan and adjoining powder room with toilet.



Living Room 2 (top level): The upstairs retreat provides additional sleeping with a queen sofa bed, along with a dedicated work-from-home desk and study space.



Laundry (middle level): Located just off the kitchen, the laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and sink.

You'll have access to the entire three-level duplex with a private pool, located within a secure gated community of just two residences. The home includes a double garage for your use. Parking is not permitted in the shared driveway, however, there is plenty of free street parking available nearby if required.

The home is located 500m from the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headlands beach.

Within walking distance of the home you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. Alexandra Headlands is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The home is approximately 150m walk from the Mary St near Kate St bus stop, where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Kawna (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by family as part of a family booking.



*This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbouring homes in close proximity. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm.



*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete a simple online check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will be provided once this has been completed.
