This house is minutes away from some of the Coast's most popular beaches, from Currimundi through to Bulcock Beach. Book and enjoy the relaxing coastal atmosphere this house has to offer.
The Space:
This beautiful spacious home is perfect for a whole family (or two) to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining and a full kitchen. There is a large outdoor living and entertaining space with a big deck to relax on. With plenty of room, this house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 5 kids.
One of the best features of this house is the outlook from the kitchen, dining and front living room. You can relax and entertain whilst enjoying the stunning view of the Coast.
If outdoor living is for you, you will love the massive outdoor deck area! Enjoy the generous outdoor couches or have a meal around the outdoor dining table.
The main living room is roomy and spacious with a comfortable couch and 86" smart TV. Feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite streaming service. The couch even folds out to a queen bed if you need it.
The main bedroom is upstairs which also has views of the ocean. Complete with its own ensuite, spa and private deck, it's a great retreat for parents.
Two of the bedrooms downstairs both have queen beds and the remaining room is set up for the kids. The kid's room has 2 bunks and a trundle that can sleep 5 kids. Please note, these beds are not suitable for adults.

Guest Access:
The property is solely set up for holiday accommodation. You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay.
NOTE: We are currently waiting on availability to install new blinds and curtains throughout the entire house. There are currently blinds and curtains in the bedrooms, however, these are due to get replaced and curtains added to all the living areas.
The Neighborhood:
Dicky Beach, Currimundi, Kings Beach, Moffat Beach, Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach are just down the road from this beautiful home. These places are great for family outings and have stunning sunrises and sunsets. Local cafes are all along the main street of Caloundra or down by the water's edge of Bulcock Beach. Moffat Beach has its own Brewery and Currimundi lake is perfect for the evening outing. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find yourself at the popular Kings Beach. This is patrolled for the kids with a number of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Dicky Beach is also patrolled all year round.
Caloundra and Currimundi shopping centres are also close by for all your essentials during your stay. If you are visiting on the weekend, take a stroll through the markets that are often running on the main street of Caloundra.
Getting Around:
If you have brought a car with you, there is a double garage for parking at the property. Everything you need is within a 10-minute drive, such as beaches, shops and restaurants. Taxis and Uber are just a call away and there is a bus stop within walking distance.

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for using extra power during your visit. We would appreciate if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. We appreciate your understanding.
