The Space:
Discover your perfect coastal escape in this stunning beachfront apartment. Located in Buddina, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located just steps away from pristine beaches, vibrant cafes, and boutique shops.

As you enter the apartment you will first notice the chic coastal interior complete with high-quality finishes. The western facing balcony (front balcony) lets in an abundance of beautiful sea breezes and ample natural light. Complete with electric blinds, the choice is yours as to whether you’d like to let in the stunning sunshine or close them and enjoy a cosy and cool atmosphere for reading or watching a movie. Complete with two couches, the living area offers plenty of places to unwind. If letting the beautiful sea breeze drift through isn’t enough, the apartment is air-conditioned to ensure comfort all year round.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Complete with a comfortable queen-size bed, this master suite has balcony access to and overlooks the stunning sights of Mooloolah River and the Point Cartwright River Mouth. This bedroom also features split system air-conditioning and an ensuite.

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite features a shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom 2: With access to the back balcony, bedroom two features another queen bed and stunning ocean views. Lay in bed and watch the view or laze on the balcony and see if you can spot whales, dolphins or turtles.

Bathroom 2: The second bathroom is complete with a toilet, shower and vanity.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer for guest use.

Nestled in a quiet complex, this apartment has shared access to a sparkling pool and communal barbecue area. Equipped with everything you need for a convenient, coastal escape, you may find yourself not wanting to leave the apartment, but if you do, we suggest taking a short, scenic walk to the historic lighthouse and explore the gorgeous rock pools below.

Guest Access:
Accessed by a lift, the apartment comes with a car park in the basement. Please note the garage height is 1.95m. Guests will also have access to the shared pool and barbecue area.

The Neighborhood:
Located in an unbeatable location, the old school 70's surf vibe of Buddina is the perfect backdrop for a beachy holiday. You are close to all that you need – great cafes at your doorstep the locals love (Twin Fins, One La Balsa, Little Miss Saine), and Kawana Shopping & Cinema (3 min drive). La Balsa Park and Kawana Surf Club are also local faves. Mooloolaba beach is close (5 min drive), as is the Wharf which is home to many fantastic restaurants & bars.

Getting Around:
Buddina is located just 15 minutes away from the Sunshine Coast Airport and 1hr 20 minutes from Brisbane. Getting around is easy, with many things in walking distance. Bring your car, park underneath and explore the area by foot.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Please note the garage height is 1.95m.
