Hi Joanne, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. The apartment was left open as we knew you were waiting to check in however I apologise you found there was a smell in the apartment, it had just been cleaned so I am unsure as to what that was. If you had advised us whilst you were here we could have attended to that straight away but unfortunately this is the first we have heard of it so it has come as a surprise and we are now unable to rectify the problem.We appreciate you staying with us at Coco.
