Hi Pamela, that would be a first - a guest complaining about the stairs being too steep in any of the ground floor 2 Bedroom townhouses but your comments have been noted anyway. There is a railing for safety and as far as we personally are concerned the stairs are no steeper than other staircases. No mention of any of this in our conversation when checking out. In future, if stairs are a problem we suggest checking with the complex before booking. A pretty unfair score/review in our view just because of the staircase.

Hi Loz, thank you for taking the time for a review. Apologies for the balcony door being left open - it should not have been. Not sure where the smoke came from however our guests are allowed to smoke only on the balconies and no where else in the resort grounds. As our apartments are fully self contained apartments we only supply a 1 day supply of all condiments etc so that guests have time to purchase their own. We cannot supply these condiments on a daily basis for free due to families/groups etc. All the best and take care.

Hi Lyn, As we are advertised and/or photos show that we are a 2 Storey walk up Resort there will always be stairs and no lifts. Apologies that you found this as an issue for your stay. We hope that other than the issue with stairs that you found the Resort to your liking. Cheers.

Please note, however due to one of the Restaurants firing up a wood fire pizza oven every day we do have the inconvenience of black soot in the air which settles around the resort grounds and apartments. We do remember this booking and the airconditioner was attended to as requested, remote reset and airconditioner was working when the staff member left the apartment. If you were still having issues we are always there to help. The internet which is through a third party was in the middle of an unscheduled upgrade/maintenance which is now complete and apologies for the inconvenience. Your comments have been noted.
