Designed for couples or small groups, it pairs sleek interiors with a cosy, homely feel complete with a fireplace, kitchenette, and private deck overlooking the hinterland. Wake to birdsong, relax by the fire at dusk, and discover local favourites like Fairhill Botanic Gardens, walking tracks, and the beaches of Coolum and Peregian, all within easy reach.



The Space:

Grevillea Villa offers an elegant, modern sanctuary where comfort meets calm in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Inside, the cosy living area invites relaxation with a plush sofa that converts to a queen sofa bed (available on request for an additional fee) and a slow-combustion fireplace—perfect for quiet nights in after coastal drives or days spent exploring the countryside.



The kitchenette, complete with a gas stovetop, mini fridge, and essentials including a coffee machine, is ideal for preparing simple, relaxed meals. When the light softens, carry the dining table out to the private deck and linger over sunset drinks, surrounded by rolling greenery and open skies.



The bedroom offers a queen bed dressed in crisp linens, complemented by timber cabinetry and ambient lighting. The adjoining bathroom continues the villa’s refined aesthetic, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, a modern black vanity, and fresh towels.



With air conditioning, heating, and on-site parking, the villa ensures year-round comfort and convenience.



Designed to feel private and serene, the villa is positioned at an angle from the neighbouring tiny-home villas, offering a greater sense of seclusion while remaining part of a tranquil boutique estate. It sits on the same scenic acreage as two sister villas—Lemon Myrtle Villa and Bottlebrush Villa—as well as Coastview Manor, giving guests the flexibility to book individually or together for group stays. Located at the front of the trio, it’s the first villa you’ll encounter on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 1 car outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available.



The Neighborhood:

Wake to soft sunrises over Lake Weyba and linger into golden evenings as the light fades across Noosa Bay. From this peaceful Ninderry setting, days unfold easily—start with a coastal swim at Peregian Beach or Coolum, browse the Yandina Markets for local produce, or settle in for a long lunch at Spirit House Restaurant. Sip craft beers at Terella Brewery, wander the pathways of Fairhill Botanic Gardens, or stretch your legs along nearby Ninderry walking tracks. When you’re ready for a change of pace, the cafés, boutiques, and beaches of Noosa and Mooloolaba are just a relaxed 30-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is essential as there’s no public transport nearby, and exploring the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is part of the magic.



Other Things to Note:

*Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas as well as Coastview Manor (the main house). The villas and Coastview Manor are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
