OK place to stay and nothing more.
When I booked a hotel for my stay in Noosa it was important for me to have wifi because I needed to work, so I booked one that I thought looked nice and had free unlimited wifi. I also wrote a special request to the hotel when I booked that I needed to have good wifi connection. Upon arrival I'm being told that the wifi is in fact not free, 500MB is all that is included for our whole stay (we were two people staying for 5 days!!!). When I comment on this the receptionist doesn't really seem to care and she asks me to wait for the manager before I can check in to talk about the wifi issue?? I'm trying to point out to her that this isn't any information that you give the guests before booking and that they should just offer me what I have been promised, but no. When we get our room there is zero connection in the room, in fact you can't even connect to the network. I'm asking the staff to fix this about 3 times and they "try" (not really) but nothing happens. I ended up using my whole data instead (which wasn't that easy because there was actually almost no signal with the phone network either). This is just very bad management. Hotel room was pretty old, not as good as the pictures showed.

Thanks for your comments. Sorry that you had to work and had no time to enjoy our wonderful resort. Working on your holiday is never much fun. We in fact offer a free WIFI voucher of 500mb for a 7 day period, designed for emailing & web browsing. We recall your concerns on check in and that our Manager did in fact assist you with your issues. She also visited your apartment several times to assist you with logging into your computer. Some guests find technology a little challenging at times and our staff are always more than happy to assist in any way that we can. After each visit to assist, our Manager recalls you being logged in and leaving the apartment with the computer connected to the WIFI.

Trevliga "gathus" med sköna sängar, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dock slitet och omodernt. Barnen var förtjusta i poolerna och luftkudden man kunde hoppa på:-)

Great property with awesome staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be staying there again. Perfect for the grandkids and even though the resort was full it didn’t feel like it. Great place to go.

I loved the pool and the spa during those rainy days. We did get an upgrade on our booked appartement and had a wonderfull appartement poolsidev. Nothing was missed. We had all conveniences. Thank you for our wonderfull stay at your resort

We had a great stay here, and were so pleasantly surprised given the very affordable price. The reviews don’t lie. Fantastic for kids - it rained a lot whilst we were away but they were constantly entertained. Can’t fault it for a comfortable stay.

Great family friendly place. A few things were missing, the floors and teatowels were wet when we arrived and the plug to the kitchen sink didn’t work properly. Other than that it was excellent, and we would stay again.

Had a great week’s stay at Ivory Palms Resort. Its definitely family friendly and is in a very convenient location for Noosaville shops and restaurants, staff were very helpful and all in all great value for money. The apartments are a little tired but very clean on arrival so didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment.

We enjoyed our short stay at Noosa. The accommodation was comfortable. Terrace to enjoy breakfast and pond life fab. Shower & laundry great. Kitchen not really set up for food prep. Late check was a challenge due to miscommunication but we eventually got in.

Property was advertised as having high speed internet. There was barely any internet at all. Unable to watch internet related television. Eg. Kayo, Netflix. Very poor. Paid for something that wasn't available. When it was raised at reception nothingvwas done. No fixing, no discount. Advertising was a con job.

Fantastic resort for families with children. The 3 pools, play are and inflated trampoline are perfect for the kids whilst the immaculate grounds provide a beautiful resort feel. 2 story townhouse backing onto one of the ponds was great. Everything was clean and tidy. PK’s cafe & bar does some amazing wood fired pizzas. Will definitely be back.

If i was to nit pick i would say that the couch in the appartement needed a steam clean. Otherwise comfortable and well facilated. Loved the space. The waterfall pond view outside our deck was supperb. Also the caulking in some areas of the bathroom atound spa window could fo with a freshwhite cleaner look. Bed was comfy carpet was new and tv was big enough although preffered a bigger screen as we loke to watch our sports in the evening. The wi fi was barely available. The breakfaston site had lots of agg dishes and no refreshing breakfast choices. Dinner was good and personal was pleasant and the setting eas lovely. The spa near the pool had a missing tile which spoiled my photography of a 4 star resort. The layout of the grounds and appartememts were beautifully desighned and gardens and ponds were well kept. Overal lovely . Just overlooking some finer details needed a little attending. Towel hire was reasonably priced. I would come here again as the value for price is very reasonable and fair. Very happy.

This place was AWESOME !! couldn’t recommend it enough The room was lovely large balcony looking over all the pools tennis court etc It has its own cafe on site you could eat there or takeaway to your room & reasonably priced !! Definitely would stay again
