This is a modern and newly furnished property, with multiple living and relaxation spaces. It is relaxing and perfect for your holiday, or visit.

We have two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 - King Bed
- Bedroom 2 - 2 × King Single Beds

The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower, vanity and toilet.

The apartment has high speed NBN unlimited internet and Smart TV allowing you to access your own digital streaming services.

The property has air conditioning in the lounge, family and dining areas and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

We have a washing machine and drying racks available for your use, the drying racks are on the balcony.

The kitchen has fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking items.

Don't forget to take advantage of the complex's beautiful HEATED pool!

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

We have underground parking for one vehicle and unmetered street parking for any additional vehicles. Please be advised the street parking can get quite busy.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises.
