Welcome to your private lakeside sanctuary, offering a relaxed and comfortable setting designed for easy holiday living. The home centres around a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, creating a warm and inviting space to gather with family or friends. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space while framing leafy outlooks, enhancing the calm and peaceful atmosphere.



The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, featuring ample bench space, an electric cooktop and oven, fridge/freezer, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, where you’ll find comfortable seating and air conditioning, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the coast or lake.



Step outside to the undercover patio, a standout feature of the home, where you can enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks while surrounded by nature. The large block and quiet setting offer a true sense of privacy, with native wildlife often spotted nearby.



The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests across three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort:



Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The master bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and wardrobe storage.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, this room includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe storage.



Bedroom 3: Ideal for children or additional guests, this bedroom includes two single beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.



Bathroom 1: The main bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.



Bathroom 2: A second bathroom provides additional convenience with a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Laundry: The home includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays comfortable and practical.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the undercover patio, large yard, and carport parking for two vehicles. There is additional driveway space available for extra vehicles if required.

Lake Weyba is just a short 200m walk away, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply enjoying the serene surroundings.

Getting Around:

It is recommended to have a car to fully explore the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. Beaches, shopping, cafes, and major attractions are all within a short drive. Easy access to main roads makes travelling to Noosa, Peregian Beach, and the airport simple and convenient. Public transport is available, with the closest bus stop located at Peregian Springs Dr near Glen Abby Ave, approximately 3.5km from the property (around a 50–55 minute walk). Bus services from this stop run in multiple directions, connecting you to nearby coastal hubs including Peregian Beach, Noosa, and surrounding Sunshine Coast areas.

Please note this home is located in a quiet, nature-filled area with wildlife nearby. We ask guests to respect the surroundings and enjoy the peaceful environment.



We DO NOT take schoolies bookings

No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
