The Space:

Upstairs, the main living area brings everyone together with comfortable lounges, a smart TV and a grand piano. The dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, making home meals effortless. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort.



One of the home's standout features is the expansive covered wraparound deck. Overlooking the surrounding trees and countryside, this elevated outdoor space is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, fire up the barbecue for a relaxed lunch, or unwind with an afternoon drink as the sun dips behind the hills. Beyond the deck, lush gardens invite you to explore, with several peaceful seating areas tucked throughout the grounds for a quiet moment surrounded by nature. Be sure to wander through Tina's Rockery, a charming landscaped rock garden that adds character and a sense of serenity to the property. The large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of space for children and dogs to play, making it ideal for families travelling with pets. Dogs are welcome; please clean up after them during your stay.



The main residence includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and ample storage. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite with a shower, vanity and toilet, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. The third bedroom includes two single beds, and the main bathroom features a shower, bathtub, vanity and separate toilet. A full laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays.



Accessed via external stairs or directly through the garage, the self-contained private guest retreat offers added flexibility for extended families, grandparents, teenagers or couples travelling together. Complete with its own lounge, TV, air conditioning, dining area, kitchenette and private bathroom, it provides a comfortable space to unwind, while the separate bedroom features a king bed. A queen sofa bed in the living area can be prepared on request for additional sleeping space.

Guests have access to the entire home, including both the main residence and the self-contained downstairs guest apartment, as well as the large deck, gardens, and outdoor areas.

Located in the peaceful hinterland surrounds of Maroochy River, the property is best suited to guests travelling by car. Beaches, shopping centres, restaurants, attractions, and Sunshine Coast Airport are all within a comfortable driving distance.



Public transport options are available from the nearby Parklakes and Bli Bli areas, approximately 10–15 minutes' drive from the property. The closest bus stops include:



- Parklakes Drive at Good Samaritan Catholic College

- Parklakes Drive at Agnes Place

- Parklakes Drive at Camp Flat Road



These services connect to nearby hubs including Maroochydore, Nambour, and other Sunshine Coast destinations. The Sunshine Motorway is also easily accessible, making it simple to travel north toward Noosa or south toward Caloundra.

*Dog-friendly property. Dogs are welcome upon application. The property is fully fenced, allowing dogs to access the garden areas. We kindly ask guests to clean up after their pets during their stay.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when accompanied by a family booking.



*This home is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours.
