The Space:

Inside, the apartment feels bright and welcoming, with open-plan living and dining designed for comfort and connection. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the space cool, while sliding doors draw in natural light and create an effortless flow between indoors and the lovely balcony area with views of the tree tops. Shared resort-style facilities include a heated swimming pool, communal spa, and a barbecue area set among tropical surrounds. Secure parking is available on site.



Bedroom 1: This light filled primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, mirrored built in wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and direct access to its own private balcony. The ensuite includes a corner spa, creating a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach.



Bedroom 2: Ideal for children or friends, this bedroom includes two single beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for year round comfort.



Bathrooms/Laundry: The apartment is serviced by two well-appointed bathrooms, including a ensuite connected to bedroom 1 featuring a combined shower/bath, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom also incorporates laundry facilities, with a shower, vanity, separate toilet, plus a top-loading washing machine and dryer.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed for easy home cooked meals, featuring a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric stovetop & oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster.



Living Area: The open plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, featuring a smart tv, air conditioning and sliding doors that open onto the balcony with tree top views.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with the shared, resort-style amenities that include:

The apartment is just a short 5 minute drive along the coastal path to the beautiful patrolled Alex Beach. You’ll also find plenty to enjoy within easy walking distance, including cosy cafes, great restaurants, the local surf club, and Coles for all your essentials. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic headland walking tracks nearby, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 200m walk to Alexandra Pde at Alexandra Headland Street bus stop where the bus can be caught northbound (Maroochydore) and southbound (Kawana, Caloundra).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note: The rooftop terrace is currently unavailable for guest use. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
