A gem in arm's reach of everything.

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location. Close to all the locations you would want to see and visit while holidaying in Noosa, and peaceful enough to enjoy some tranquil quiet time. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property very clean, well located and well stocked. Only thing I would say is we were 2 couples utilising 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king and lovely but 2nd bedroom with ensuite was a small double bed and tiny. 3rd bedroom a queen I think but small room with no ensuite. Otherwise a very good property and nice owner.

Delightful retreat in Noosa

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house, it was both comfortable and stylish, conveniently located for the Noosa Junction shops and eateries (less than 5 minutes' walk) and about 20 minutes walk to Noosa Heads and Hastings St. Great pool. Jan was a thoughtful hostess and we would love to stay again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, the pool was just the right temperature & the secure garage for the rental car was a relief during a storm.Having the balcony doors open allowed a lovely breeze through the living areas. The house felt so warm and homely so we had the relaxing time that we'd been looking forward to.Shops, cafes and restaurants were just down the street with so many things to do just a short drive away.Jan had provided more than we had expected but the attention to detail with all the appliance manuals was really helpful. We can absolutely recommend a stay at this property!

Perfect Noosa home

Perfect location for exploring this lovely region. The house is exactly as described… spacious, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a short term rental. The pool was a hit with the kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Spot

Had a lovely stay with our littlies and in-laws. Great house with everything you need and perfect location close to the junction. Beautiful pool and outdoor area - just need to take care around the pool as there are a number of steep steps which can be quite tricky for little ones.

The property was fairly dirty and smelled of stale moisture.Needed to contact the host on the day of check in due to not receiving any check in instructions.Upon contact was advised of a recent flood at property and the main TV not being operational The host was good and arranged a TV replacement during our stay. Some of the bedding linen was stained and required us to wash it (appeared to be makeup)Overall ok stay

Good location

Jan was so lovely. Check in & out was easy. The outdoor areas are such a nice space to relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. The heated pool is such a bonus! Walking distance to nice cafes and Hastings Street. The parking isn’t ideal for larger cars (better for smaller cars) but still made it work, plus there was more street parking available.

Supermarket one minute car ride away, down to Hastings and main beach three. Very good communication before and during stay. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful home for a relaxing girls weekend away. Thank you!

Beautiful house with a pool perfect for relaxing. Really quick drive to Hastings Street. Loved how the host left us a bottle of wine on arrival as we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday! We really appreciated the stock of toilet paper, soap, dishwashing tablets, detergent, cling wrap etc which meant we never felt those, “argh we don’t have this” moments.

Superb Property

Our second time staying at Jan’s property. It never disappoints. Super comfortable beds, revamped modern decor since last visit, central to everything, so much thought has gone into this property. Kitchen has everything you could want, several choices for sitting outside either by pool or on verandahs. Extremely clean. Can’t wait to come again.
