Welcome to the River Lodge on Bradman.



This stylish two-bedroom, north-facing ground-floor unit is perfectly positioned just steps from the stunning Maroochy river. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio bathed in sunshine, or unwind in the evening on the outdoor lounge as the sun sets over the water.



Located just 6 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport and only 5 minutes from pristine local beaches, everything you need is within easy reach.



The Space:

River Lodge on Bradman is situated in a residential complex of just six units, ideally located right across the road from the stunning Maroochy River.



Outside on the front patio there is a comfy outdoor setting to sit and relax with friends or family.



Inside, in the front half of the unit there is a living room complete with a split system air conditioner, two large sofas and a smart TV with Netflix available (log in with your own log in and password).



The dining room can comfortably seat 4 with 2 extra bar stools at the kitchen bench if guests wish to spread out.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher—offering both convenience and comfort. You'll find everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal after a day of exploring or relaxing by the water.



Head down the hallway to discover the rear of the unit, where you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 king single beds. Both rooms include ceiling fans. There is also a separate toilet, bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a laundry.



The laundry is situated behind sliding doors and comes equipped with a washing machine, washing baskets, pegs, iron, & ironing board. There is a drying rack available or communal washing lines in the back grassed section of the block. Basic cleaning equipment such as a vacuum & mop are also provided.



If you feel like just relaxing at home there are a variety of board games for a couple of hours of in house entertainment.



Our property offers easy access to serene walks along the esplanade, perfect spots for fishing, and a front-row view of boats and the sea plane landing. While you may notice some traffic noise, the prime location ensures you’re always close to nature’s beauty, making it an ideal base for a relaxing stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full use of the unit & garage for the entirety of your stay.



The garage has a roller door with latch for securing your vehicle. A small- medium car will fit fine. Large cars such as a ute still fit but it is tight.



The Neighborhood:

Maroochydore is the beating hub of the Sunshine Coast. A short drive will take you to all of the coast's hotspots!

Getting Around:

Generally a car is the best option to get around on the Coast, however if you need to use public transport buses run regularly from the bus stop which is an easy walk away.



Other Things to Note:

The property is located on a main road and at times there is heavy traffic and traffic noise. The bedrooms are located at the back of the property at the furtherest point away from the road.
