    Gorgeous passage views over Golden Beach. Sit back and relax in this waterfront unit located along the Golden Beach Esplanade.

    The Space:
    ***Please note that as of January 2026 there is a new house being built next to the Seneschal building. Therefore there will be intermittent noise and disruption at times. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Watch the passing parade of water crafts and activity right from your living and balcony area. Unit 3 is an older style unit located on the 2nd floor with stairs and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with ceiling fans throughout. There is a secure lock up garage for 1 vehicle (Garage height 1.8m).

    Within close walking distance are a number of cafes and restaraunts as well as an IGA supermarket. There are also many sheltered BBQ areas just across the road and are free for you to use.
    The bedding configuration is a Queen and 4 single beds. This unit is comfortably furnished for a short or a long stay and faces North to enjoy the Winter/morning sun.The unit includes a TV, DVD & dishwasher.

    This unit complex is also just 1 door down to another unit we manage making it a great option for anyone wanting to have 2 units close by. Please feel free to call or email us for furthur details.

    There are approx. 28 steps from the ground floor.

    Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

    Linen
    Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

    Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

    Caloundra Holiday Centre manage this property. Please note that Airbnb messaging is not monitored outside of office hours, so it is advised to contact us directly if you require any assistance.

Gillade inte: Renlighet och boendets skick och faciliteter
Good location, close to everything we needed, which was a big plus. However, the unit really needs pest spraying — we saw a lot of cockroaches during our stay, which was uncomfortable. It’s also important to note that there is no air conditioning, only fans, which made it quite hot at times. We also had issues with the power repeatedly tripping. The kitchen was very limited in supplies (e.g. not enough glasses, toaster was broken so we had to use grill for toast which was a PITA, basic essentials were lacking — only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people over 5 night stay, no hand soap provided. Unit could also really benefit from a more thorough / deep clean, grubby marks on a couple of walls etc. Overall, the location is good, but the unit itself needs better maintenance, cleanliness, and stocking of more basic items. Installing air-conditioning would also make a huge difference to comfort. Would I stay again?, probably not unless I read reviews with some of these things being improved, mainly aircon.
