Built across two levels, the retreat thoughtfully positions its bedrooms apart to create welcome opportunities to retreat or find moments of alone time. Adding to this soothing air, their design palette is anchored by crisp white, vibrantly enlivened by bold pops of red. This clever use of colour for ambience continues through the entire floor plan, with shades ranging from blue and mustard to lush green enhancing soothing neutrals that make a feature of tone and texture.



As befits its location, the apartment’s central living zone is upstairs, where appealing design choices allow separate spaces for varied ages. A stepped-up lounge zone positioned at the back is comfortably furnished and equipped as an ideal entertainment zone for children and younger guests.



From here, steps lead down to an open-plan space, kitted out in rich timber flooring. This encompasses a well-equipped kitchen complete with spacious island bench seating for casual eating and a lounge area oriented to take in the dazzling blue of ocean views framed by banks of glass. An even better perspective is on offer on the covered alfresco terrace, where a table, chairs and barbecue can turn an enticing ocean outlook into dinner and a spectacular show spotlighting Mother Nature. Internal stairs further lead up to a rooftop deck, the ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening nightcap.

Rare in its amenity, the apartment offers a private plunge pool surrounded by lush plantings and sunloungers shaded by an umbrella. Yet with the tang of salty air on the breeze, the lure of the nearby ocean is almost impossible to resist.



The beach that gives the suburb its name includes a patrolled area and sensational expanses of golden sand, while a surf break is a boon for visitors who travel with a board. Bush lovers don’t miss out, either, with Noosa National Park close at hand, teeming with flora and fauna of all kinds.

Also within a short walk are a surf club and the cafes, restaurants and retailers of Sunshine Beach Village while other tourist hot spots, including Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach, are but a short trip in the car.

The Neighborhood:

Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of the Sunshine Beach Village on Duke Street. A 600m stroll from the ‘Private Oasis’ and set beneath a canopy of green trees and pandanus palms, the Sunshine Beach Village features stylish boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars as well as a hairdresser, surf store, homewares and gift stores, pilates and yoga studio and a boutique bottle shop. Across the road from the Village is the recently renovated award-winning Sunshine Beach Surf Club which offers impressive and uninterrupted ocean views, perfect for spotting the humpback whales passing from June to October.



Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.



Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.



With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.



Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.



Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.



Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.



Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.



Getting Around:

- Noosa Visitor Information Centre (located adjacent to Noosa Heads Surf Club on Hastings Street)

- Sunshine Coast Airport Visitor Information Centre (located at the Sunshine Coast airport)



Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) located in Marcoola is serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas domestically as well Air New Zealand who provide seasonal flight services. Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is both an international and domestic gateway to Queensland with regular transfers to the Sunshine Coast.



ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.

Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.



Suncoast Cabs provide taxi services and can be more reliable later in the evening than rideshare services. The best way to order a cab is via the Suncoast Cabs app.



Translink provide the convenience of bus travel all across the Sunshine Coast including Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore and Cooroy.

Travellers will require a Translink 'Go Card' - an electronic ticket for all Translink bus, train (including Airtrain), ferry and tram services in greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast regions which must be purchased and topped up prior to travel. Please note: the ‘Go Noosa Weekends’ initiative offers free travel on weekends on Translink routes 626, 627, 628, 629 and 632 and the ‘Go Noosa Holidays’ initiative offers free travel during Christmas and Easter school holidays on select services including the popular 65 Go Noosa Loop Bus.



A railway line connects the region to Brisbane in the south, and Gympie and beyond, to the north. Transport between Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can also be accessed via the train to Beerwah, Landsborough or Nambour train stations.
