We welcome feedback, both positive and constructive because we genuinely want to know what our guests think about our facilities and service.Our goal is to provide a totally satisfying experience to each and every person who stays with us. Unfortunately, in your case, we were not successful in accomplishing this goal for which we do sincerely apologise. I have investigated the concerns you have raised and I can assure you that prior to Saturday we were not aware of the maintenance issues in apartment 906. I have spoken with our Maintenance Manager today and he too was not aware as it was not documented on the register in which he works from, my absolute sincere apologies that the issues were found by you on arrival. It is unacceptable. Speaking with the team further, the light in the bathroom was raised by housekeeping on Saturday with front desk but due to being fully booked with no maintenance the issue was unable to be addressed at the time. Again, my apologies we could not fix the issue prior to you checking in.We have registered all of the maintenance issues raised and maintenance is working through these as we speak, thank you.With regards to the bedding issue, our apologies. We had your booking drop into our system Friday night prior to your check in on Saturday, the additional person was missed on production of our housekeeping paperwork Friday night, as it was a last minute booking, we are sorry this occurred. We do close reception at 10pm on Saturday night's therefore the team would have been more than happy to make up the media bed that is in the room if you had contacted reception to ensure a comfortable stay was had.I understand that we are unable to change the unfortunate experience you received during your stay with us and your impression of our operations is tarnished. However, in the hope of regaining your confidence with the operations of Sebel Maroochydore, we would like to invite you to stay again so we can exceed your expectations. Before closing I want to say that with the large number of hotels available in the market place, we realise that you had a choice.
