Designed for effortless beachside living, this sunlit apartment invites you to slow down and unwind. Swim at the patrolled beach, grab coffee from a local café, stroll along the vibrant Esplanade, or wander down to the Wharf and Marina.

The open-plan living and dining area spills out onto a private balcony overlooking the tranquil waterway, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset paint the sky. Inside, you'll find a cosy lounge, a dining setting for four for gathering over meals, and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up a home-cooked meal, complete with an oven, dishwasher, and all the basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil to get you started. Outside, the leafy backyard and gentle waterfront views add to the calm, laid-back vibe — all tucked away in a quiet street, yet just a flat stroll from the golden sands of Mooloolaba Beach.

Perfect location

Perfect location with beach, shops, restaurants, wharf in walking distance. Quiet street, clean accomodation, everything as described, check in and check out were smooth. Suits couples or small families.
