“The continental breakfast was good. However we thought our room was clean until we found a dirty mens underwear inside a night stand and a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. I complain at the front desk when we checked out and all they said was that they will put extra points in my account. I took pictures of these things and showed the front desk clerk.”
