The accommodations are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view from the deck is lovely and was perfect when we didn’t want to go down to the beach.”

“Nice VRBO, but had problems with leak and had to vacate location prior to my full stay. Gate entry doors would not work properly and the location was not near the beach. They however were quite to clean up leak,”

“The property itself is as described in the photos, however, there were several issues that can't been identified in the photos. First, impression when you walk in...holy cow, it's hot. The A/C is extremely inefficient...and it's clear that the property owners/manager knows this as they had plug-in fans in every bedroom to help compensate for the lack of cooling. Everything in there (aside from the couches) need to be deep cleaned or replaced...particularly the bedding and probably the beds...

“We stayed 2 nights. The location is great and you can see the ocean from the window and if you have small kids (like us) it’s a perfect walking distance to the beach. Other reviews are right about old carpets and such. Those are the downsides for sure. Place needs a lot of upgrades. Also there are no extra blankets at all and no coffee (coffee machine is there but you have to actually get your butt out in the morning and go buy coffee)”

“We had several concerns with this condo. Furniture and beds need to be replaced, they are nearly worn-out and are uncomfortable. The arrangement for the washer & drier are very difficult to use, and unacceptable. The small space calls for a small apartment sized stackable set-up, instead, the top-load washer sits 7” below a shelf that has the drier sitting on it. Consequently, the lid to the washer barely opens enough to load and unload. More then once we hit our heads on the shelf when trying...
