Not too bad
We watched this home get remodeled a couple years ago, and had high hopes for our stay. However, for being so recently renovated, it fell a bit short. The flooring is new, along with the bathrooms, and the mini-split system is very nice. However, I will pile on with everyone else, the furniture that is there needs attention. I feel like they just put in the old furniture after the remodel, and it doesn't feel cohesive. The beds are maginal at best - some of the worst nights sleep I've had. The chairs at the dining room table are worn and very uncomfortable. There was a lack of hanging space, especially in the front east bedroom that has the water heater in the closet. Cleanliness was ok - the shower curtain liners were moldy at the bottom. We saw more than the typical amount of Oriental Cockroaches - we killed at least 5 and but couldn't get the one that would keep hiding in the dishwasher. Another curiosity is that none of the windows facing the beach have screens - so opening them exposes the home to bugs. Overall, this place is just ok.
