Come stay at the “Sand Froonie House” where all of your cares will be swept away! Located in the private Marsh Walk Community, you have private beach access conveniently located at the end of the street, about 75 yards away, and the use of a private community dock on the spectacular Intracoastal Waterway.

Updates include new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, a new charcoal grill, a new larger toaster oven in the kitchen, a new king mattress in bedroom #4, and new rocking chairs in the carport. Enjoy the private swimming pool with optional pool heat. This pool may be heated from September–May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature, with a maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use this service should be scheduled in advance.

This beautiful inverted floor plan offers a well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with everything the chef in your life needs to show off their skills. There are four spacious bedrooms with mounted TVs, and a quaint loft area with a game table perfect for the whole family. The living room area is large and open with a sectional for relaxing. This area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, which features a large wooden table for eight and an island for additional seating. With four separate decks, you'll have plenty of space to sip your morning coffee while listening to the serene sounds of waves crashing against the shore!

The large, fenced-in backyard is the perfect place for hosting a cookout or playing all of your favorite outdoor games, including corn hole (game provided). Included in the rental are an outside picnic table for dining al fresco, an outdoor shower, and new polywood furniture on all three decks.

Some of the extras this home has to offer include a Keurig and regular coffee maker, corn hole, slow cooker, air fryer, food processor, large cooking pots, and a charcoal grill. The owner invites you to use the trundle bed if needed; however, you will need to bring or rent your own bed sheets and a blanket for this bed.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
