Expansive kitchen island offers seating for 6 along with adjoining dining room with a table that seats 12. Expansive walk-in pantry tons of space for food storage and coolers. The open concept living room with a two-story vaulted ceiling includes two full size couches, chairs, and comfortably seats large groups for TV watching or hanging out. A powder room and laundry room are conveniently located on the main floor just off the living room.

Three of the seven bedrooms are on the main floor. Each bedroom on the first floor includes its own private bath. The large master is located on the main floor and includes a bath with double sink and separate water closet with toilet, tub, and shower. The master also has an over-sized chair with a pull-out twin sleeper.

The 1/2 acre grounds offer privacy with a fenced yard, over-sized saltwater pool with large pool deck perfect for lounging, grilling or enjoying the afternoon sun and warm night breeze. The spacious oceanfront porch offers panoramic views of the ocean and overlooks the custom, over-sized pool below. The pool is the one of the largest on the island surrounded by a huge pool deck with lounge chairs and rockers. Two large porches on the street side of the house have amazing views of the ICW and boats sailing by. Enjoy evening walks along the lighted catwalk down to the secluded beach. Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400. Pool is cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
