Situated in a quiet community located on the desirable west end of Holden Beach, sits this beautiful, recently updated 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with a private, heated pool, Tiki bar and 2 primary suites! A quick, minute and a half walk in either direction will get you to the private community beach access AND the private community pier and dock by the Intracoastal Waterway and Marsh.



Marsh Mellowed By The Sea features a beautiful open floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find the living room, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining area with seating for 10, and a half bath where you will find an enclosed washer and dryer. Also located on this floor is a primary suite with a Queen size bed, a private full bathroom, and a Smart TV. Kitchen amenities include a keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker.



Upstairs are three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom, a primary suite with a Queen size bed, private full bath with jacuzzi tub and Smart TV, offers views of the ocean from one bay window and the marsh from the other window. The second bedroom, which also has a Queen bed and Smart TV, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom which features a twin over full bunk bed and full size bed. Also on this floor you will find a sitting room with 2 recliners, a bar table and chairs, wet bar, mini-fridge, and TV. Enjoy outdoor living on the front porch, front balcony accessible from the sitting room, on the back screened-in porch which overlooks the pool, or at the pool and on the large pool deck!

Fill the beach cart with sand toys and beach chairs and stroll less than 2 minutes down the street to the private beach access to enjoy a fun-filled day in the sand, surf, and sun. With no stairs to worry about, getting to the beach is fast and easy! Later, take in the magnificent Marsh and ICW views by the private pier access which has sitting areas that include benches, a swing, and a picnic table. Launch a kayak, fish, crab, and take in the wildlife off the private community dock while surrounded by spectacular views and sunsets. Enjoy a game of corn hole in the backyard, a nice, refreshing drink by the Tiki bar, and don’t forget to take a cooling dip in the private pool equipped with pool floats, tubes and noodles!

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



The pool is open year-round.



October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions.



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
