Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"The place has seen better days. Playing load music morning to the late evening, even there isn't anyone there. Prepare to eat breakfast with music on volume 11. Rooms are with old furniture's and shabby bathroom. The cleaning of the room was done by using a lots of water to "glue" the dirt to the floor. When it dried it was still flying around. Had quite a lots of "wildlife" in the room in form of flies, cockroachs and lizzards. Difficult to communicate in English with the staff except from one. Never going back again."
