“I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. “Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo”

“I arrived earlier than expected and asked if the room was ready. It wasn’t and I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. I returned about 4 an additional hour after check in. I received my room and upon entering the room I noticed a dead ant on the bed, I was unsure if it was a dirty bed sheet, mishandled bedding or unrelated but shortly after I found a trail of ants that were making their way around the room and to the bed.
