“Fire alarm was chirping when we arrived. Host was unprofessional and location of the listing was very inaccurate. ”

“The suite was clean and the appliances worked very well. There was plenty of hot water. The primary problem was that the place was COLD. It was a basement suite, and the upstairs people control the heating. They apparently don't like heat but this means that the basement unit is freezing. I'm not sure how this could be fixed since the house is not wired for multiple heating zones. So, if you'd like to live in a refrigerator- this is the place for you.”
