Fantastiskt lugnt läge nära många turistmål inklusive Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown och Chippokes State Park. Lovely Historic Smithfield ligger 25 minuter bort. Det finns två kök, ett kök på bottenvåningen och ett på trädgårdsnivå. Barn är välkomna. Barnstol och Pack and Play finns på begäran.

My family had a great time staying at this lovely home. You are right on the James River which was great for kayaking and exploring. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The ferry was 2 minutes down the road which was very convenient and a lot fun to ride each day. If you are headed to Williamsburg I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Exactly what we needed. I was apprehensive about taking the ferry to Jamestown, Yorktown, Williamsburg only because I had never experienced using the ferry in that way - VERY easy and convenient. Using the ferry was great. It runs all hours and never had any problems.

Coming up the driveway we were thrilled to see the river view. Once we went inside the house, we thought it would be nice, but the home was spacious and nicely decorated and there was everything we needed for making our family get-together comfortable and fun. We enjoyed cooking most meals "at home," and also enjoyed going into Williamsburg on the ferry (close by) to visit Colonial Williamsburg and other sites. We all went out on the two kayaks and really enjoyed the wildlife we saw--our kids saw otters, a bald eagle, ospreys, cormorants, and other birds :-). This is our favorite vacation home so far. And the house was immaculate.

The property is fantastic, pictures do not do it justice. We had 6 adults staying in 4 bedrooms and everyone was very pleased with their bedroom.The property was well stocked with kitchen essentials, even disposable products (we used up the aluminum foil so we replaced it).The views of the river from were great, even inside the house.We are very thankful to Rene for making this property available. We look forward to staying there again.

Family Vaca

Great place to stay with family while enjoying all the area has to offer. The ferry is close by so makes that an easy commute. Enjoyed the home and the beautiful view of the river! Kids had a great time exploring the water’s edge.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is gorgeous and we loved spending our evenings on and along the river. There was lots of space for our group of 8 to have their own rooms and bathrooms. Using the ferry (which was only 5 minutes away) to get across to Jamestown and Williamsburg was easy and greatly enjoyed by my children. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful large home by the river

We all enjoyed our stay in the home. Great mattresses, plenty of space, full kitchen supplies, and perfect location for visiting Williamsburg and Jamestown. The view from the kitchen of the river was perfect, kayaks a great addition, and location felt secluded. The family loved it.

Fabulous house.

Perfect place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds in Williamsburg. Easy accesd to the ferry. Beautiful view of James river. Would go there again. Loved the decor inside.

We loved the Surry , Smithfield area. Beautiful country and such welcoming people.

We did alot of sight seeing. Ate at Anna's twice. Great foid.
