“We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The grounds were quiet and seemed very safe - we did hear the trains a few times, but with a white-noise speaker and some soft earplugs, it didn't bother us or the dogs at all. If...

“The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. “It was an amazing stay. We were welcomed into a perfectly immaculate home that was exceedingly quiet the whole time. They have so many wonderful amenities right there. The only thing that took me by surprise was that one of the rooms is more of a loft because it doesn’t have a door on it. ”

“I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!”
