“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. “Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there. Overall, an absolute must-visit!”

“Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. La maison est jolie, elle a l'empreinte du temps mais a été joliment modernisée ans le respect des pierres.elle se trouve dans la vieille ville d'anguilara sabazia, une des 3 villes autour du magnifique lac Bracciano.il y a un parking Payant à 150 mètres de la maison - pas facile de trouver une place le soir, mais beaucoup de choses peuvent aussi se faire à pied - dans Anguilara en profitant des jolies ruelles de la vieille ville : restaurants, lac etc... le petit jardin...

“This place is a fantastic retreat in an authentic family home situated in a rural location with good access links to Rome. The views are amazing and can be admired from the pool and other outside spaces. The host was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions or queries. The accommodation had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family break.”

"Beautiful surroundings close to Rome and soft jazz playing in the garden. And the buildings were pretty on the outside, but the rest… The bathroom had a stench of humidity and the walls were covered with mould. (We had to change room as the first one was a sanitary disaster, both bathrooms had the same problem). The staff are very junior and couldn't manage their work. We were not offered any benefits though we were promised as Expedia VIP/Gold members. I had to crawl on the floor behind the desk to be able to use the socket to the fridge when I had to work. The amount of dust there was absolutely diagusting. I suggest you not to stay here until the owners have updated all rooms and public areas AND trained the staff to a professional level. "
