“So relaxing and peaceful. The little babbling brook in back by the firepit was perfect.”

“The view and being right on the water absolutely made the trip. We paid a premium for this location, and when you're paying that much, you expect the property itself to meet a higher standard.Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. The furniture looked like it had been picked up from the side of the road and was in poor condition. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus, but there were no gas/propane tanks for the grill. The grill itself was filthy, and we spent nearly an...

“The space was well appointed and needed items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were all there. Family Fare grocery store is across the street for any foods items I needed. There was only one small ice tray, so buying bagged ice is required. Additional trays would have been nice. There is no outdoor space for sitting outside. Parking is very limited. A sign in the unit would be worthwhile to indicate where parking is allowed. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...

“A very well located and appointed rental. We had some minor difficulty with entry to the property and the hosts very quickly remedied the issue. Excellent communication and response by the hosts.”

“Victorian duplex in a convenient location. Beautiful floors and original (steep) staircase. Needed some basic upkeep but that’s not that big of a deal. Cleanliness was just ok. The issue is when the listing reads two bathrooms with a shower in each, yet there is only one tiny shower, that was very disappointing. Sent a message and the response was that it’s listed correctly. And then asked if there was something that they could do… not sure how to respond to that. Nothing that can be done. And...

“Great location”

“Great location. Great communication. Clean. Would stay here again.”

“Thank you so much for the accommodations. We had a great day. We will be back. Thanks again.!!”

“I would stay here again. It was super clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was quiet and centrally located to the places we wanted to go. The host was responsive to communications. We were pleased!”
