“Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. ”

However, the room did not seem thoroughly cleaned as I found a razor behind the towel in the bathroom and some kind of velcro strap for phone charger in the bed; none of these belonged to us. Furthermore, very responsive, you could hear the wheel noise from suitcases or the cleaning cart; both in the room and in the bathroom.”

“reat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about th,e hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.reat...
