“Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er...

“This place is 5 stars. We stayed at one of two cabin’s on Renate’s horse farm. Our cabin was located close enough to Selfoss, and Golden Circle, but far enough where you have a peaceful river, horses, and quiet. We read about how folks wished they had more time here, and made it a point to stay for three nights, so we could enjoy the cabin, land, and views on mornings and evenings after touring. “The property was immaculately clean, and spacious. The cooktop is only two burners, but this is more than made up for by the Nespresso coffee maker, the microwave and bake oven, and a very well functioning Weber barbecue.We all enjoyed the sparkling, clean, hot tub.While a 20 minute drive from Selfoss, this location was perfect for us for tours to Grindvik, Geysir, Thingvellir, Vik and the multiple beautiful waterfalls.”

"Fantastisk mat på hotellet, mycket gott att dricka och välja på i baren. Jag saknade sill på frukosten, i övrigt en jättebra frukost för alla smaker. Rummen låg precis mot vägen så trafiken var störande på morgonen, det blev väldigt varmt på rummen. vi var ett 20 tal från olika företag och alla hade samma upplevelse"

"Amazing value-for-money! Most of the hotels in the area will easily set you back €300-500 per night. This place is far more affordable at around €100 per night, but doesn't sacrifice comfort or service. You stay in pods (hubs) that fit 2 people and where you can control the lighting and ventilation. You can even play your preferred music. The bathrooms are lovely and clean. The Rituals brand skincare range is a nice touch. The staff are happy to help with any inquiries you may have. Don't miss the hot tub on the roof! Will definitely be back."
